"Living in a rural area north of Pickens there aren't many options in the area for handling technical problems with a PC. I have an Alienware G15 with which I required help and saw Lovell Systems on Google with excellent reviews. I had driven past the place many times without any thought of using them. However, I trusted Google reviews and took my Alienware hoping I was making the right choice. The service, communication, and work performed were excellent, exceeding all my expectations. These guys gave me options, didn't attempt to upsell me, gave me an accurate completion date and the machine works perfectly. If you want big name service with a personal hometown touch, this is the place to go."

"I accidentally spilled water on my keyboard and it needed to be replaced. They charged me $115 for labor and part when the part cost $15 and the time spent was literally 5 minutes. When got home there were several keys that were below the cover plate that made typing difficult. They said to bring it back and I did. They opened it up and said it was installed correctly and returned it to me. This time the whole keyboard didn't work and they said they forgot to plug it back in and to return it again. When I got home this time there were more keys that are below the cover plate and now there are keys that I have to stop typing and deliberately press to get them to work. The people were nice but that is not why I went there. Now I have to have my computer repaired again for an additional fee."
