"Got with Clausen tractor repair about a clutch for my 70 hp new holland tractor. He came out and checked it out and scheduled a time to bring it to his shop. After dropping the tractor and parts off he got it tore apart and noticed the parts store sent the wrong clutch. So after 2 weeks of trying to get everything situated he personally took the wrong clutch an hr away to try to get things took care of. After no luck with dealer he personally went to another dealer and got everything squared away. Even after all the headache Darrell was very professional and very quick with the turn around.
