"We came home last night to a weird sound coming from our heat pump and found that the unit had frozen up…literally…it was full of ice! This morning I called several other hvac companies who apparently only provide service or work in people who have already used them in the past. We’ve never had any hvac issues so thankfully, Control Specialties has service for new customers. The lady I spoke with had Brandon call me and he was able to get to us even earlier than expected. After doing a thorough assessment and not finding anything amiss, Brandon charged us only for the visit/assessment fee since there was nothing he needed to fix. He was thoroughly professional and made it clear that if we had any further issues, to call him right away. We will definitely call again should we ever need service!"
