"Called and spoke with two different ladies and made a appointment for a repair quote the following week. My appointment was for 10 a.m. the next Weds., 11 a.m. came and I called to find out why no one had showed up, they had no record of my appointment . Well it's been 6 days and I have not seen or heard anything. Work has been done and completed by another company."
