"I have had an ongoing problem for 20+ years. I saw NP Whitt today and was very impressed with her. I usually see Dr. Halsey and I mixed up the date of my appointment. The receptionist, Debbie, asked the doctors if any could work me in. I was in an exam room in under 10 minutes and within 5 minutes was being examined. She may hopefully help me with my problem."

"I saw Christina on Thursday, and although I usually think she does a great job and is a good provider, this time was different. As soon as she walked through the door, the first question she asked me was why I came to see her instead of Lindley (at the GYN clinic). She also asked me why I wanted an “official” diagnosis of PCOS. This is only the 2nd time I have went to a provider over the issues I’ve been having over the last 5 months. She told me that the diagnosis and doing certain labs “won’t change the outcome.” I would like answers to my questions because it’s my body, and your provider should be a resource for information and trying to find out what is wrong. I left feeling bad about my visit with her, like she didn’t want me there or that I was bothering her. I’m looking for a new PCP because of this experience."

"Just recently moved to Raleigh County WV. and was looking for a PCP in the area. I decided to visit Access Health in Daniel WV. and I feel I made the right decision. The receptionist, nurse and Physician were all extremely customer oriented and friendly. The location is convenient and the office building has a relaxing atmosphere. Was overall very pleased with my first visit to this medical facility."

"Dr.Dilley is the best she is the nicest I think she is the most knowledgeable friendly person. She asked all the most pertinent questions. She really cares about you. She gives you what you need to take care of you. They have a pharmacy inside so you don't have to walk outside or go to some other pharmacy if you don't want to pick. It is an all-in-one medical facility."

"As we are moving out of state I reluctantly must leave this clinic. I have been exceptionally pleased with the health care they provided me. All staff members were eager to make my visit as beneficial as could be. They have always been available to me when I needed assistance. The pharmacy is the most accommodating pharmacy I have ever used. The staff goes above and beyond filling your prescription needs. I highly recommend this caring facility.
