"Had a plumbing emergency, called Plumb smart and was told. Someone could come out today to solve my issue . Also was told I would receive a call within the hour.Well about two hours went by and I decided to call. Was told they are busy but that someone would call me and would be out today . Well that never happend , found another company and have them scheduled in the morning . Hopefully my plumbing issue won't get worse In that time frame . Since I was thinking I had someone coming out I stopped calling other companies . I understand it is on a holiday weekend so I do get if someone wouldn't be able to . But don't tell a potential customer that it'll happen and someone can come and fix your plumbing emergency that day if you can't. To end this I will say they might do great work , unfortunately I will not find out and have to wait till the morning to have my issue hopefully resolved ."
