"I called Mike's on a Saturday just to leave a message. The on-call person called me back very quickly. My problem was that my upstairs A/C wasn't working. He offered to come out that day. I told him it wasn't an emergency. The scheduling folks called me early Monday morning and there was a technician on the way within minutes. Very quickly David Brookshire called me and he arrived shortly after that. Didn't take him ten minutes to troubleshoot my problem. He had the part on the truck. He installed it, tested the system and checked out the unit for any other problems. He found another small problem and fixed it. Everything working correctly and the price was very reasonable. The service was just great. I don't know how it could have been any better. They sure have my business from now on. I highly recommend them."
