"DeWayne has been maintaining my two heat pumps for 12 years. I stayed with him when he struck out on his own and started up Precision Comfort Services because he's so good at what he does. I recently, after 15 years, had to replace one of my Trane heat pumps (it was either that or start pumping money into it to keep it running, i.e. get nickel-n-dimed to death), so, based on DeWayne's recommendation, I did so with a new Bosch 19.5 SEER system (that'll get me a $450.00 State of NC rebate and a Federal tax write-off) and I must say that the Bosch system is very impressive … in fact, it’s so efficient at maintaining a constant temperature downstairs in my house that I’ve had to bump up the thermostat setting 2 degrees because it was too cold, which is quite amazing when you realize, by extension and not by design, the system is also cooling the basement space of a very old house. I’m now fighting the temptation to rip out the lone 15-SEER Trane system, which is till running fine (thanks to DeWayne's preventative maintenance efforts over the years), to put in another Bosch so I have two like systems operating in concert with each other because, I suspect, it’ll allow me to kick up the thermostat setting upstairs and, even higher downstairs, again, by another couple of degrees because of the efficiency of the system. DeWayne and Precision Comfort Services are the consulate professionals ... use them ... they are the best around, bar none! Update: It's been a some months since I had the Bosch system installed back in the Summer of 2023 and I'm still very impressed with it. It's close to Xmas now, so it's cold, and the Bosch system does an amazing job of warming the house. I'm really impressed with the Bosch technology ... very different than what I've been used to in the other heat pumps I've had attached to other houses over the years and definitely more efficient ... and the system is very quiet, both internally and externally (especially internally ... when my other heat pump is running, it does sound and has always sounded like a freight train's running throughout the house). I know it sounds like I'm a 'Bosch Salesman', but the fact of the matter is that I firmly believe you get what you pay for and the Bosch heat pump is fulfilling this belief. And, it helps tremendously that I have Dewayne and Precision Comfort Services to help me keep that belief alive because they're a company I fully and whole-heartedly trust. If you're thinking about putting in a Bosch system, do it, and use the experience of Precision Comfort to get it done."
