"Seemingly nice people, but a complete waste of time. Took 1/2 day off work to meet them, go through all damages and repair estimate, only to have them never followup. Over 15 attempts to get them to followup and they keep saying they will, but they don't. Ridiculous waste of time and stupid business practice."
