"The service tech Terry was very professional, efficient, and fast. I have used them twice and was very satisfied with the service. However I tried to get them to service my unit another time, and I noticed they have a receptionist whom you leave a message with, but it could be days, weeks, or longer until you hear from anybody. This happened the last two times I’ve tried to use them, and I went with someone else instead. So, their service is great but their lack of communication is very frustrating. I’m not asking for a miracle, all I want to know is it timetable in which I can expect service, this way I know whether or not I need to bark up a different tree. I am currently attempting to find another company to rely on who we can trust to respond with appointment confirmations and times. This company is clearly not the one you want to use if you need a quick response to your problem."
