"They used to be very good 4 years back when i first visited them. But in the past 2 years their service has deteriorated a lot. I had a tissue graft surgery scheduled for the gums. This procedure is done by their specialist doctor who visits once a month. I call 4 hours before the procedure and they say,'' the specialist is not coming today and has to be rescheduled''. She also said ''' Sorry for the inconvenience. I assumed my colleague had informed you about this''' Really??? What if I had not called in reconfirm? What if I had shown up directly as scheduled originally? They don't have the basic coutesy to even call and inform you. Then, I was told someone will call back to reschedule the appointment, but its been 2 weeks and I am still waiting !!! Terrible service"
