"In nov. 2017 I had Union Jack Plumbing to install my Rinnai tankless water heater . I have no idea where it was purchased from as I was never furnished an invoice of any type. Only provided a total of charges for installation. November of 2021, I begin getting a code 11 error . I called UJP and they came in a few days. Karl immediately determined it need to be flushed . He did so and charge was $385.00 no invoice and check made to him. Within a few days the code 11 returned . I at this time called Rinnai myself to see what to do next they opened a ticket and I called UJP. Karl came out and talked to tech support and they decided sensors might be the problem they shipped these to UJP and he cam out and replaced then again charge was $175.00. no invoice check made to Karl. everything good for about two weeks code 11 returns . I called Rinnai and once again ticket opened for repair. I contacted Karl and he advised out of town on vacation for about 8 days . I at this time had no hot water as tank no longer would even reset. I go to Ferguson supply to get a recommended Rinnai trained person and they provided me with a company out of Jonesborough . I call and they came the next day, Very professional people. They advised me after reviewing the heater that sever things had been programed incorrectly from the beginning, the most concerning was it was set up for propane while I have natural gas, this cause a lot of dirt and corrosive issues. They completely dismantled the unit cleaned everything and put everything back correctly. and I actually received and invoice for all work done. I had at this time also been advised that my heater was still under warranty for parts and labor and if I had the invoices i could submit them for reimbursement. Next issue getting invoices for past repairs from UJP. numerous request with no response i again contacted Rinnai and they contacted Karl and I did get one which had totally incorrect information on it. I have been ask by Karl to have no futher contact with them, I will continue to work with rinnai to try to get the correct invoices. UNJ advised me since I had brought in another company they were no longer responsible. Mind you i would have had no hot water for 8 days and problem still may or may not have been fixed. They do say third time is a charm. But as I told UJP plumbing expensive and no guarantee of a fix."

"If I could give less than one star I would. They replaced my gas water heater for $1585.00. While they were there one of the workers fell through my ceiling causing $750.00 worth of damage. They refused to pay for the repair, he said it was not their responsibility! I asked for paperwork on the new water heater, I have never received anything, no information at all about it. I will never use this company again."

"These guys did an excellent install of a tankless waterheater. They were very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and even informed me of the need to descale the unit each year. After assessing the location To be installed, they made good time in getting the unit installed. I also found their pricing adequate and reasonable for what was done Thanks guys you did a great job!"
