"We the misfortune of a tv breaking down. I looked on line and found the tv Dr and was tickled especially that he would help on line for $13. What a shock for me, a scam. The true Dr, had been taken "for a ride" by these nice people. He was very knowledgeable and nice. He did know his way around a tv. I hope all ours stays working but if I have any trouble, I know where I'm taking my tv!!! He's not that expensive either! I'm impressed and that doesn't happen often. Keep in mind people, he works from home."
