"My awning was damaged in a storm and had to be replaced. I called Camping World and never heard back. I called Blue Ridge Mobile RV and Randy was out the next day to secure the broken awning. He ordered replacement parts, helped with the insurance claim and when the parts came in, he came right back out, removed the broken parts and installed the new. 2 hrs. Works great and looks great. "I would highly recommend this company. We are from S Florida and when we got to NC our main dining room slide malfunctioned. We got it out about 12 inches and hydraulic fluid went everywhere. We called several mobile repair companies and everyone said it would be a two to three week wait. We just did not have that kinda time. One of the other companies gave us Blue Ridges name and he came out the next day. He got the slide in so we could drive it back to Florida to get the problem fixed. Very reasonably priced. "Randy is the best. I high centered my rv and it started making a screeching sound when driven. Took it in to Camping World and they refused to even look at it because it is a mercedes diesel sprinter. Driving out, I saw Randy's van across the highway and pulled in. Hearing the story and listening to the noise it made driving, he diagnosed the issue. In less than 2 hours, he fixed the problem and we were on our way. The price was a steal !!
