"This office has WASTED so much of my TIME and caused me A LOT OF PAIN and IRRITATION. Reception has made several errors in scheduling including not calling me when the dentist was sick and then rescheduling the wrong appointment. The same dental assistant was present for two of my procedures and made careless mistakes during both where the Dentist had to correct her in front of me. The Dentist filled a cavity for me but I had to come back to get the cavity re-done because it was faulty and causing pain and sensitivity to hot and cold. During the re-do procedure, cavity filler got all over the inside of my mouth which has caused pain, irritation and lots of bleeding. So much pain that it wakes me up at night. I went back to have him remove the filler and he failed to remove it all even though I was very clear and asked him to please make sure he did. It's been a week and I'm still in pain. This office made so many mistakes and lot of the staff come off as very amateurish (not their fault but I feel like I'm paying for it). Everyone is polite and personable but I would not recommend coming here. It should also be noted that Dr. Victor Katsman does not work at this office even though the company website claims he does. He's the dentist I originally researched and wanted to see but due to odd circumstances at the office, I was positioned to see Dr. White instead. Don't go here. I had NO PAIN going into this office for a routine checkup and cleaning and due to mistakes made by this office and this Dentist, I have been left with A LOT OF PAIN."

"Although I HATE any kind of dental work, Dr. Crane and his staff are as competent and sympathetic as they come. Following an extraction and periodontaI surgery , I had unusual complications that occurred late at night. Dr. Crane kindly agreed to meet me in his office and very graciously and sympathetically spent an hour to remedy the trouble. He had his office follow up with a phone call the next day to check on my condition. He is a caring and skilled professional. Exactly what I look for in any medical practice but not always easy to find. I definitely recommend Dr. Crane and his able staff."
