"I am so disappointed! My children and I have been patients at this office for years! We receive regular check ups and cleanings. The receptionist/ dental assistant is always a pleasure. The issue is the lack of communication. My teeth & Gums have been deteriorating and I didn’t even know it. I don’t eat sweets, don’t smoke and floss everyday. I go into the office experiencing pain and I’m told I need two root canal’s. I’m completely confused because I was never told I had cavities building. I visit the referred endodontist and they said I need three root canals not two! I was so upset. I reached out to this office several times and left msgs about my concerns of how this was overlooked and never received any answers. I switched to a new dentist office recommended through a friend and they explained all the work I need on my teeth and gums and helped me troubleshoot why the problem is occurring. I had been using an all natural toothpaste with no fluoride. That in combination with some other minor things that could have been done differently lead to all the issues. ☹️"

"I’ve been going to Dr. Tracey for 4 yrs. she’s amazing. I feel like I’m going to see a family member. That’s how calm and friendly she is. She definitely gets the job done with no problem. Ebony is the assistant she’s so lovely, kind and efficient. The front and back office is always very neat and clean. I will always stay with Dr.Ambriesta for all my dental needs.There’s time I need to go in as emergency she sees me with no problem. She’s also in a very convenient location.
