"WARNING " Joe Sleilati, DDS " ; Stay away from that guy. The cavity was on the Facial(buccal) side, yet this guy caused major pain and even later on trauma slicing off half top my whole tooth (like cutting an orange), right through my enamel, dentin, and pulp. EVIL. PREMIER OFFICE IS NOT INSURANCE-FRIENDLY ALSO, I WENT TO ANOTHER OFFICE TO CONTINUE MY ROOT CANALS AND OUT OF-POCKET $94 VS PREMIER $215 (THOUGH IT WAS TO BE $205). ALSO, THE MALE OFFICE BILLING GUY WAS VERY CROOKED WITH HIS NUMBERING. THANK GOD I DID NOT GO BACK. YOUR INSURANCE WILL PAY FOR 2 CROWNS ELSEWHERE VS 1 CROWN AT THEIR FACILITY."
