(I can corroborate my dad‘s glowing praises per my experience with this dental team, too!) To whom it may concern and hopefully/possibly help, “Enjoying” a visit to your dentist: talk about an oxymoron (!) but that’s precisely the experience you have upon setting foot in the clean, organized offices of the dynamic dental partnership of Drs. Linda Siegal and John Schaf in Little Neck, Queens, NY. This incredible husband/wife, extremely professional, ultra-experienced, super knowledgeable and among the best at what they do combo places patients at ease with their charming personalities and genuine caring manner, making you feel as if you were almost part of their family. From the simple cleaning of teeth all the way up through the most complex dental procedures, with these gifted congenial dental Super Stars you are with the “All State” of dentistry — “you (most certainly) are in good hands.” To further enhance your visits, they are assisted by a top-tier, very special chair assistant, Marina, with only patient satisfaction in mind and only too willing to assist you answering questions and offering beneficial advice regarding dental hygiene. Completing this stellar team is a terrific office manager/receptionist, Nayri, who handles a myriad of tasks and puts you at ease regarding appointment scheduling, always making sure it’s at your convenience and handles all the billing and insurance issues. Like everyone in the office, she does so in kind fashion. There’s simply a charismatic “feel” throughout the office. Perhaps this sounds like a paid commercial script, but I assure you it is not and submitting reviews for good service is done infrequently by this writer, especially in today’s world where service and customer (in this case patient) gratification appears to be steadily heading downhill. That’s why it’s a pleasure to endorse my favorite dentists and their staff. I’m a long-time patient of theirs and travel from Westchester County twice a year for my appointments. The latter (how even distance poses no obstacle, when there are plenty of other talented dentists in my zip code I could go to) may be the best motivator of all for someone to give them a try. They care so much about teeth and doing what’s best for you and helping you learn how to have better dental care. I used to dread going to the dentist but they make the experience comfortable and easy. They always make great conversation and everyone in the office is so friendly.
