"Don’t go here they will Rush through your cleaning it was less then 5 min clean a standard cleaning is 30 min. The black African doctor will rush through it in less then 5 min to get to another patient in the other room"
"Most dental offices are the same. Money is above patients. No accountability and unfair."
"My daughter's and my husband sees the dentists here. My husband came in last week Wednesday with his face swollen from an infection. They did exrays and discovered he had 2 broken teeth which is causing an infection. Because he is a partial paraplegic they referred him to long island jewish hospital so that he can be seen in a hospital setting and they gave him 7 day antibiotics. He took his last antibiotic on Tuesday. Even though the swelling is mostly gone. My husband felt like the infection wasn't completely gone. I called them the next day and they told me to give it a couple more days let the antibiotic work its way through. Today I called to let them know that the infection is definitely not completely gone and we think he needs a few days more of antibiotics or another round all together. The receptionist this time put me hold multiple times and kept saying they can't give it because of his medical history (but you gave it to him in the first place). She told us to go to the long island jewish and get help there. I explained to her that they have their process and we were told to wait until they contacted us. They are not even seeing new patients until February they are considering his case under an emergency situation but it may still take some time. The issue is that we didn't want to infection to come roaring back while he is waiting to be seen. She made us feel as if we were drug addicts asking for pain meds. All we wanted to do is to prevent his face from swelling back up to what it was a week ago. This is just going to set him back because no work can be done with an infection. So they basically wasted our time. Also they referred us to long Island jewish hospital and didn't give us the referral. I had to call a few times in order to get it. Most of the individuals of this practice behave in a professional manner however the person who I had the displeasure of dealing with today was not. January 28th 2023 In response to the owner, all he needed was a routine root canal, which he got from a dentist who obviously knows what they are doing. No fuss, no run around, just pure professionalism."
"I used to say I hated going to the dentist until Dr.Schrier corrected me. I hate everything in a dentist office the needles , the xrays the tv etc... but Dr. Schrier and her staff makes my random visits a little less painful . Dr Schrier is absolutely amazing she's very patient , very caring .IMy first appointment with Dr. Schrier was about 25 years ago, I've only encountered 1 bad day with her during covid . The ladies in front desk are the sweetest , I love them ."
"Friendly staff; takes all types of insurance and all ages. Encourages patients to care for their teeth and even services to improve their smiles. If she doesn't know about a dental issue you're having she'll refer you out. When she's on vacation she has someone cover so patients are inconvenienced by her vacay. Street parking and multiple bus access. BUT, somewhat slow service and depending on the issue (say your bite and you need crowns), you might be going for several months just to complete the work. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with my crowns, they don't represent my prior teeth."
