"I've never written a review before, so when I tell you that I'm so disappointed with the way all my treatments have gone, I truly mean it. Do not go here expecting for all your procedures to be done correctly without any consequences later. I have gotten 3-4 root canals done here, and they have all gone wrong. For one, I literally had to get a surgery done because of how ineffective one of the root canals was, the second one my crown fell of 8 times and I never got offered a new one because clearly the one they gave me was faulty, one of the crowns doesn't even fit and causes more discomfort, and lastly, the tooth is sensitive weeks after the root canal, which is wrong because the tooth is not supposed to be sensitive. I let things slide too often because my friends and family come here, but I'm tired of it. To make matters worse, every time I complained about the tooth being sensitive after the root canal, the doctor would be like "why is it sensitive." I DON"T KNOW DOCTOR YOU TELL ME. They also charge way more than other dentists, as to why I'm making this extremely honest review, DO NOT COME HERE."

"absolutely terrible dentist with a rude attitude. fraudulently overcharged my insurance and does not know how to take care of patients. if i could give negative stars I would. will be reporting her to OPD and the Dental Board"

"I wouldn't go back to her. The hygienist was terrible. During my cleaning she asked if I wanted anesthesia or not. I agreed to it. While she was pushing the needle I obviously reacted a little since it hurt me, not that I moved my head or anything. She stopped and asked what happened to which I told her it's nothing just that it hurt when she inserted the needle to which she asked me "so what am I supposed to do now?" I asked her to continue with the anesthesia and that I was fine. She again pushed the needle and as a reflex I again reacted. At that point the hygienist left the room leaving me with my gums bleeding. I waited there for a few minutes not sure why she would leave. The assistant comes in followed by the receptionist to ask me what the matter was. I told them what happened and they informed me that the hygienist can't put anesthesia on me as I was not letting her do her job and that i need to wait for the Dr to come in, she just stepped out for a bit. And all this time I'm laying on the chair with my gums bleeding and my neck cover soaking in blood. Dr. Seema was however nice and she without any issue put anesthesia on me, while i reacted the same as before. The hygienist then continued with her cleaning and to my surprise she only just cleaned my bottom teeth and asked me to come back for the upper teeth. All this happened in less than an hour. They did not even have the time to finish my whole cleaning. Also, during my two visits I felt that dr. Seema does try to sell other unnecessary products and services. Even after telling her no she insisted that i should go along with the extra service and that i can go back and pay them. Would not recommend for cleaning."

"Don't go here. My husband had a horrible experience with the dentist telling him other things rather than his concern. She tried selling her own items to him and that wasn't even a concern of his. He explained the pain he was having and she told him about a procedure that wasn't relevant to his need. I am not even sure why this woman is even a dentist. Staff is also just very rude overall. It was a convenient location but I rather go elsewhere if this is how they are continuously treating patients"

"My two children and I have been patients for ten hrs this week all three of us had annual cleanings for which she overcharged me and fraudulently attempted to bill our dental insurance for A deep perio cleaning for which none of us have gum issues. When I confronted her she kept giving me the run around and stated she thought that is what was done. I have lost trust and confidence in her and believe she is ripping her patients off. Come to find out she was doing the same thing to my ex husband. Now she is refusing to give me a copy of our files this leaves me no option but to warn the general public and I will be filing a formal complaint with the ada and the better business bureau"
