"I had used his services once before for minor toilet tank repair kit, but called him this morning around 8:30 am with an emergency leak under house. He said he was coming. I said i worked 3rd lastnight and i be up waiting. So are you sure ur coming, he replied yes. He is only 1.6 miles from me. So now its 12: 30 in afternoon and no Powell, no call no nutn. Will never call again or recommend him. Sorry to have to post this but just not the way you do business!!!!"
