"I will start by saying the first time I called and spoke to Phillip was Sunday before Labor Day. He sent 2 technicians out on labor day to get my air up and running. Then I had another issue and Phillip himself came and looked at it and tried several things to get me up and running. Well he explained everything to me and told me what he could do and then told me he didn’t want to make me spend that amount of money and then have to spend more. He and is technicians came and put a whole new unit inside and out at a great price. I would recommend this company to everybody."

I can not say enough good things about Patrick,Philip, and the whole crew. They were so nice, they left everything so clean, (drop cloths on floor, swept floors when done), went above and beyond. "A/C Rescue, LLC. My A/C thermostat went blank and it's the End of July 1st of August Basically which are deep into the dog days of Summer. I called up and spoke with Patience who is extremely Friendly, very understanding and was able to relate and knowledgeable. We were able to discuss and realize there is a safety switch on these units that when the drain pan fills up it hits this cutoff switch which cuts off your unit to prevent damage from water backup when a drain line is partially or fully stopped up. Anyway Philip came right out within a couple hours very professional and brought his vac. He was able to clear out the excess water, made sure my drain lines were draining properly out by the outside unit. Checked my freon levels and my A/C is good to go... This company has my A1 approval and truly is a Godsend. I have a few medical issues and something just told me to call A/C Rescue and that is what I did. You know they truly rescued me. I did not realize this but two of his personnel actually previously worked for the company that did my previous install 5 to 6 years ago but are now working for A/C Rescue..
