In our experience, Shin Kiwon DDS did not provide individual attention to our issues and seemed distracted with multiple patients at the same time. He always makes treatment to multiple patients at the same appointment time. The dentist did not consider our concerns and we were not comfortable with his invasive methods."

"First time visitor today. I chipped a porcelain crown, which I thought would have to be replaced. It felt weird to chew on it. Dr. Shin let me know that the crown was still okay. He ended up just smoothing out the surface. This was a huge relief because a new crown can be quite expensive. Afterwards, I tried chewing peanut M&Ms on the crown and it feels much better after the procedure. Thanks very much!"
