"I was told by the general dentist they accept the insurance. They pushed to have the crown done at their practice instead of having a root canal here and the crown replaced at my general dentist. I left a $100 deposit where they requested a much higher deposit. This dental office stated my out of pocket cost would be $600 all together. I came back and the lady at the front desk said the insurance will only covering 40%. The remaining cost is the patient's responsibility. I declined their service. I definitely would NOT recommend this place."

"This place is running some sort of an insurance fraud where they switch out the doctor to one that's no in network to insurance to get you to pay above insurance rates. If you complain, they were very happy to acknowledge that their dentist does not have qualifications to perform root canal and therefore an out of network doctor is required. Only way I can interprete that is that either their doctor sucks, or they jsut want more money from you. If that's not a red flag enough for you, they claim afterwards that you need to pay even more. Talked with my insurance company and they claim that this place didnt even bother trying to file for a root canal despite being required by law to do so and only claimed cleaning which is a service I did not even request to begin with. There's lots of other good dentists out there. Save yourself the trouble and go there. PS Front desk lady is incompetent and either doesn't understand you or makes stuff up. I can't tell which it is."

"Dr. Hyang Rim Lee is a phony fraud, I did not have anything on my teeth I just went to the clinic for a checkup and cleaning. She put anesthetic on the top of my gum without informing me and made a filling in the middle of two molars. when I asked her what did she do to me, she said that I had cavities. She put a silver filling on my tooth without my permission. She did not communicate anything to me just talking with her assistant in their native language. Now I am in a lot of pain, all to charge the insurance. I don’t know what to do now"
