"Slow, incompetent office that struggled to coordinate with my insurance company, requiring many phone calls with the office and with my insurance. Waited over an hour after the appointment time and receptionist said "it's not a long wait, just five minutes." Mixed me up with another patient multiple times and asked me to forge a signature. Asked for $30 copay and then said never mind when I brought up my insurance (sketchy). Routine cleaning was rough and uncomfortable yet not thorough."
