"This place is the worst I didn’t even want to give them any stars because it should be zero . They are unprofessional. At first I thought they were nice but what they did today I wouldn’t t want anyone to go through this experience . After waiting for about three weeks in pain my appointment to do a root canal was today and when I got there the lady who was supposed to to be helping me came and told me that my provider did not approve my claim . I asked how and why when we both was on the phone with them and they approved everything was good and that they will cover 50 percent and I will pay the rest. Her response was that she don’t know but she submitted another claim and that 2 days after they approved they sent them a Letter saying it wasn’t approved so I was like so you couldn’t call me and tell me this that was a whole week ago it would of gave me time to find out what happened. When I called my insurence they advised me that queens dental submitted the claim to the wrong location And then turn around to tell me I can’t be seen today untill they approved the claim which will take another 2 days I explained to them that im in severe pain and they started to talk about me in Spanish they called me the day before to confirm my appointment but no one told me that I wasn’t approve and as Iam explaining to them this the surgeon is right in front of me calling me and Iam like are you seriously calling me right now. It goes to show you there’s in no communication within that place Iam in so much pain that I had to go to another dental place now I have to wait another week or two . Iam so glad that I didn’t have to give them my money or do the procedure with them who knows what else bad could of happened"
"The dentist is very unprofessional and aggressive. She gave me oral advice to floss my teeth until they bleed out. While she was giving me the cleaning I was super uncomfortable. She stabbed me with a sterile needle and made it look like an accident. After I asked her to please stop the procedure of cleaning. She shouts to the dental assistant to charge the insurance for something else. Very unprofessional and low class. It’s an experience you will find at a third world country. Please save your time and go somewhere else! This place needs to be shut down!"
"PLEASE READ BEFORE COMING HERE (not only my review but the many other negative reviews underneath this one) Not sure why people still keep coming here where its unsanitary, unprofessional and don't provide the upmost customer service like other dental offices which is why I switched and I believe everyone else should because: - They touch your mouth then they go ahead and touch other stuff like their computer and then touch your mouth again. SO DISGUSTING. - Dr flor chavez is the only doctor there no other doctors so if you see she is very busy she will be easily irritable so not easy to talk or ask many questions to if you have any concerns from your teeth. She will give you attitude and rush you. - The blue tape they use to grab the light or other handles, (you see when you sit down in the chair) isn't switched out afterwards. This is sooooo UNSANITARY AND UNSAFE. Consider your child or a loved one when bringing them here. Do not settle, there's many more offices that are more clean and professional. - I see them use the same gloves sometimes and touch other things with their gloves and then go back again to your mouth. - Most handles and creases where the dentist tools go, have turned black and stained and rusty. - Arriving early to the appointment only to be told the dr was running 1-2 hours late (has happened before) I decided to wait only to be skipped and finally be seen by a dr who is rushing my appointment when I got there on time - I thought cleanings were to be done by a DENTAL HYGIENIST so to get a proper DEEP CLEANING. Instead it's done by the same doctor in a very rushed way and sometimes misses some areas. So don't expect to get an actual deep cleaning - The office seems to be falling apart as everything is old and dirty. The chairs in the waiting room have been there for yearsssss and it still looks all the same and moldy."
"This dentist is not good don't go there my parents went there and they're unprofessional and rude . My mom had an 9:30 appointment and she was on time and they keep taking other patients in front of her , when she went to ask 10:55 why are they doing that . They told her they can't find her records to go back and sit down. Then they have someone else phone number in her records and tell me that they called her and her voice mail full , that's not true. All they do is keep her going back for the same thing over a year now"
"The lady at the front desk was nice, but the lady who did the cleaning was aggressive and I was left in pain. It’s been two hours since my appointment and my gum still hurts and it’s still bleeding. Don’t think I’ll ever come back here again. If people can’t be gentle when doing a simple cleaning then they probably shouldn’t be working there."
