"Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Came here twice, both times it was awful. First time, waited over an hour and ended up having to leave- they rectified the problem by rescheduling me and seeing me right away the next day. The hygienist did a good job. So I tried again, and came back for a cleaning 6 months later. They confirmed my appointment the day before only then to not have it in the schedule the day of. Waited over 45 minutes to get X-rays, only then to wait even more to actually get a cleaning. When asked when I’ll be seen, the girl at the front desk rolled her eyes as she went to check, as if she’s doing me a favor. Even if services are good, it’s not worth it, unless you’re prepared to wait and not interact with front desk."

"The Dr and the who staff are unprofessionals. I called today for an appointment or to see if i can do walkins. Informed who answered the phone that I had and authorization # from appeal for services prior denied that I had requested appeal for and got approval letter. Had me on hold for 20+ minutes for them to answer and keep putting me on hold just for an appt b/c they couldn't find my chart. Then the Dr got on the phone to do the front desk job I guess an Told me, he was going to check authorization # and will call me back in 5 minutes. But didn't call me back after 2 hrs. To tell me I can schedule an appointment. Then was playing phone tag back and forth with front desk again.... until I got upset and asked the front desk if I can go else where with my authorization # because it was to much unprofessionalism on their part. Dr got on the phone to be upset and say he didn't understand whats the big deal and what i wanted than and told me to go else where... Like if I was gunna go back after hearing front desk talking to the Dr with no respect. I don't see them being busy like that for them to be having me on hold for so long after I clearly had confirmation #... I'm a biller/coder, medical assistant worked front and back of dr offices and worked with professionals but this place is just a circus.. if front desk talks to the Dr that way imagine us patients. I'll take my services else where... thank you BUT NO THANK YOU..."

"Dr.Turk is PHENOMENAL! One of One, there will NEVER be another Dentist like him. He's the BEST! Warm, Light handed & MOST importantly Professional! Saw him for several years! The staff however is HORRIBLE! Front desk, that is. Tyeshia & Valerie ARE THE WORST. Unprofessionalism at its core!!!! Zalima was AMAZING, she used to be the Front Desk receptionist & she moved on for a better paying position. Pay people what they deserve & then you will keep good working people!!! This establishment has truly went down!!!!"

"The staff is friendly. But the waiting time is long. I invited an hour before the appointment, as a result, they called me two hours after my appointment ... Inside the office, I have to change rooms. An injection in the gum was given to me in one room, and the tooth was treated in another. I'm used to the fact that one doctor treats my teeth and I don't have to walk around the office with an injection in my gums. Old equipment. The seats are not comfortable, old and not very clean."
