"Very pleased over all with my appointment with Dr. Hirsch. I recommend being as right on time as possible. He's a one-man operation, so things aren't double-booked or easily slid into the next 'slot' so to speak. Simple, clean office, made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Does not try to drill every "micro-cavity" in your head for money!! Truly cares about tooth health and will talk with you about methods, concerns, etc., in that area. l'll be happy to return in six months."

"Horrific experience. He got to his office late. Claimed I didn't have an appointment when I showed him a confirmation e-mail and text. Told me because I wasn't in his book I didn't have an appointment. I asked him what About the confirmation I'm showing him he blatantly told me he didn't care he didn't want to see it once it's not in his book it doesn't exist. Further more he point blank refused to see me was so caught up in himself he didn't care About his patients also, there is no correct information on his office times. While checking Google you will see he is closed on Fridays. On the sign on his door he is open Monday to Saturday 11 to 6 630 and when you call 1800 dentist they tell you he opens at 12. He didn't show up to his office until 1215, and still had the nerve to refuse to see me even though he took my insurance and I clearly needed help. In addition to all of that he greatly enjoys the sound of his own voice because he doesn't let the patient have a word. He speaks over you and is just blatantly rude."
