"The worst customer service ever. I called to schedule an appointment on Tuesday November 14, 2023 at 10:30am and the voicemail says to call at 2:00pm because they were in lunch. These is the longer lunchtime I have ever seeing. I left a voicemail back asking to delete me from their list of patient. Not only because of that, but because I have been trying to get an appointment since 4 month ago and never have been lucky to get in contact with them. The front desk receptionist is rude and I am pretty sure the doctor know about it."

"My uncle highly recommended Dr. Craig Gothelf and I have gone twice already. Once for a general check-up that included an extensive cleaning and X-rays. The second time was to fix a filling that had fallen off. Dr. Gothelf is the most patient, caring dentist I have ever been to! He takes his time and explains things thoroughly. Definitely recommend going here for all your dental needs. The receptionist is also very friendly, polite and helpful. Finally going to the dentist isn't a nightmare!!"

Takes the time to talk to you and explain everything that's going to happen. Will NEVER do unnecessary work. His staff is just as wonderful. They are never too busy to help you in an emergency. This was my first visit to his Office . I really appreciate for everything they did with me . I liked the way they deal with the patients . All the staffs are very professional well behaved and The Doctor specially is an Excellent , skilled, professional gentleman . "I have been a patient of Dr. Gothelf for over 20 years now. He is very knowledgeable, attentive, and well skilled. When i first went to him, i wasn't taking the best care of my teeth. I suffered bleeding gums, cavities, and an extraction along the way. Over time, however, i switched to a round head electric toothbrush, became more diligent with my cleanings, and now proud to say that i have been able to maintain my healthy teeth thanks to his great care.
