"Been a patient here for about 3 years and I haven’t had any complaints. Their receptionist Lourdes is always so sweet and organized and the dentist always does a good cleaning and is very respectful. He even let me stay after closing for my ride home instead of waiting outside in the cold. Very clean and tidy..what a lot of offices need in all aspects!"
"Works on his own with no assistance, rude and then not feel like a dentist. Not a cozy environment. The secretary is the best but will never go again."
"Dr. Gilbert Berookhim is a horrible, rude and unethical doctor. He got angry with me when I asked him questions about my mom’s possible surgery. He was rough when examining my 80 year old mom. He had my mom wait 2 hours and saw other patients who had better insurance. He treated us like we were worthless. I am going to report him to NY Department of Health for misconduct. And I urge others to do the same."
"Nice assistants, and maybe a little rudy doctor. But in general it is ok."
"If I could give this place a zero star rating I would ! Do not go here ! My child went here to have teeth extracted and one of their teeth was left with a piece behind . They told the doctor they were in pain and he completely ignored their discomfort . There was a huge piece of their gums left hanging as well and exposed for infection. How do you leave a tooth behind and not see it or tend to it! You should not be practicing dental! We went to an alternate dentist to fix what this doctor did, they ended up needing stitches to close the hole that was made by this awful doctor !!!Not to mention the pain they were in !! This is so unprofessional !!"
