"This office is absolutely terrible. They have canceled my appointment multiple times, including twice the day of AFTER I called and/or arrived at the office. Finally, when I came in for my last appointment, I was told that they do not take my insurance. I had previously clarified that my insurance had changed over the phone, and they let me know it was fine. However, once I came into the office, I was told otherwise. The receptionists argued with me about how the patient has to clarify which insurance plan specifically it was changed to and how it can’t be foreseen until the day patient comes in and what not. They are very disorganized. They also do not put their patients first. I should’ve been notified of this prior to spending so much time going back and forth for an appointment that didn’t even happen."

"I’ve seen the periodontist Dr James Ramos for over 3 years now. The experience has been excellent. He helped me with my concerns and I am very happy with the results. They are very professional and like to help their patients."

"Nice practice - Dr Reyes, staff and office are good but scheduling / keeping appointment times need improvement. I was there for over 3 hours for an extraction - I waited 1 hour for them to take an x-ray then almost 2 hours to see the surgeon. The procedure took about 15 minutes. I was very clear when making the 12:30 appointment that I needed to leave by 2:30 to pick up my child from school, they assured me that it wouldn't be an issue, then it went an hour over that. It seemed that everyone in the waiting room was there for a similar amount of time. Waiting room was crowded since everyone was there for several hours. Please value your patients' time."

"I haven't been to the dentist in 13 years. Needless to say, I was nervous and worried about going. Thankfully, Dr. Dallas and her assistant took care of me and were kind. I expected to feel pain, too much discomfort, and for my appointment to last long, but it was all good. I did feel discomfort, but nothing unbearable. My appointment lasted less than an hour and afterwards I felt as if a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. If you want a kind and professional experience, come to this dental office. They've been around for as long as they have and have continued to serve the community for a reason."
