"Made appointment via Zocdoc I spoke to on the phone I am in the network but I got charged for out of network and charged for I did not get the emergency treatment. Been trying to speak to the office for awhile, but they never answer me and from insurance company as well. I also contacted Zocdoc to figure out they can’t help as well. If anyone has Cigna be careful going to the office please."
