"Find yourself a dentist that puts vaseline on your lips when she notices they dried out from all the air and water that the dental equipment produces! Sometimes during last year I had to search for a new dentist because my previous dentist of almost 10 yrs was no longer taking my insurance. I had found Dr. Genao through my insurance portal, made my first appointment and I am so happy to say that I had found a genuine, caring, professional dentist. Dr. Genao always makes me feel comfortable, explains what she will be doing prior to starting as well as during the dental work, she will stop to ask if I'm feeling okay if I'm not in pain, she never rushes during any procedures. Her assistants are very nice and friendly and so is the front desk. The office is nice, clean and neat and they follow all the CDC guidelines during the pandemic. Thank you for being here for your patients during these hard times"
"Called several times to make an appointment and they gave me the run around every time. I live around the corner and since the other reviews seem pretty good, I would have loved to see this dentist. They put me on hold to check my insurance but then told me that although they accept my insurance they don't have any appointments available. Why put me on hold for 5 minutes to check my insurance if there are no appointments available? Just tell me you aren't accepting new patients and save everyone wasted time. Thanks for nothing."
"Clean, professional, knows what she's doing. Had to come here after my previous dentist moved offices. I needed to get some fillings done for a while and she's made it a much better experience than I have had previously. The office is very clean and well-kept. Everyone is very professional. She cleaned and polished the filling I had done and I felt like I was in great hands. I feel very grateful to have a good dentist in Astoria."
