"She messed up all teeth of mine, my kids, my 2 friends. After her treatment we all had sensitivity for a year to hot and cold drinks, food. The crown has a gap between it and other tooth. I just did xray somewhere else, they said rootcanal need to be redone, bc it wasn’t deep enough and nerve is still there. And I am suffering with pain after every meal. She was doing 3 other patients at the same time, running between rooms. Never again! Don’t recommend her to anyone."

"I wish there was a zero star for this practice . I went with my mom who is elderly and deaf . She did not do anything at first visit stating my mom needs medical clearance and they will get that via her pcp . I was told that they will call us to re schedule once they have the clearance . We went for second visit , waited 40 min to be told that she could not see my mom again this visit because they do not have the clearance . They did not even apologize for their lack of professionalism and poor service and instead blamed us that “ oh patients suppose to do that “ . There is such poor communication and professionalism at this practice . My mom needs immediate dental care and because of their incompetence now her care is delayed . This dentist needs to be educated on equitable care , diversity and inclusion as I truly believe we were racially profiled as well . I will be filling a formal complaint with NYS"
