When I took it in the gentlemen (forgive me I’m bad with remembering names) who was working opened my laptop up after explaining the issue while I waiting. Showed me the cause and basically fixed it at no charge due to the screw being stripped. I definitely recommend Cybergear as I felt like I was given a honest opinion/service without a sales pressure as you may typically get elsewhere. Thanks again I’ll be back with my future repairs."
