"ZERO STARS!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This dental practice is unprofessional, rude and discriminatory beginning with THE DENTIST - DR. AHMAD SEDEHI - who HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! He clearly missed the bedside manner and courses in all of his years of training! He does not deserve to have a license in fact he should have his license revoked and you can be sure I will be reporting him to the dental board. RUN don't walk RUN from this practice!"
"I want to say this has been one of the best dentist group I have been to. I'm glad I picked this dental group. Everyone here is very professional and they make you feel comfortable. I had a very positive experience. The staff made me feel at home. They take there time with each patient and following-up with you to ask how you're feeling. I highly recommend going here, you won't regret it."
"I would give this doctor 0 stars, but you have to select one. To begin his secretary was very kind; but the DOCTOR IS lacks ethics and professionalism, and instead of doing a good job, what he did was worsen the condition I have. and it's not all, he couldn't speak to say that he did a wrong procedure and correct it, I had to realize it, and go tell him, and his response was that I take another appointment to fix it, on top of that he wants to charge me for a his mistake. and to finish not even an apology offered me. I do not recommend it even for simple dental prophylaxis."
"I used to think Dr. Sedehi was a amazing. I was his patient for the better part of 10 years. Then, upon his advice I had elective preventatative dental work performed. I took out a home loan to pay for it in the amount of 25,000. It was supposed to last 8-10 years. It lasted 8-10 months. Within 2 years, I was carrying around my front 6 teeth in my pocket. This is my story..you be the judge I had always had bad teeth despite regular dental visits etc. I had been seeing Dr Sedehi because when you have bad teeth, you want an always available dentist, which he was. After year and years of pain and root canals, I had around 12-15. I broke down and said I cant live the rest of my life like this, can we find a solution, implants, dentures, anything. He informed me that the best plan was to file down the good teeth and install bridges. I asked if that would prevent any more root canals and decay etc, he told me that I should be worry free for about 8-10 years. Within the first 8-10 months: • The back bridge needed to be cut • Removal of a once root canaled back tooth that was rotted • A bone graft implant had to be made by an oral surgeon • A front bridge needed to be cut to fill a cavity Within 2 years: • A front bridge needed to be removed • A new root canal needed to be performed • Bridge was re attached but fell out within months • New root canaled tooth needed to be pulled At this point the bridge containing my front 6 teeth would not stay in. I carried it in my pocket. When I asked what we were going to do, he said that we needed to do 2 implants That would then mean having to do another front bridge Also, lets not forget my back teeth which have been uncovered since the removal of the back bridge, tooth, and the bone implant. Easily, this work was another $20,000. When I told him I had no more money, he said that he really had no idea that my teeth were so bad and that it really should have lasted 8-10 years, but he cant do this work for free. I call BS on that, As my dentist for almost a decade, he knew what my teeth were like. I spent all that money and pain ( yes upwards of 25 visits to get the work done) for what? A few months of life free from dental pain? Also, since I had the work done, he was first to admit that my dental hygiene habits were exemplary , so I am thinking maybe longer than 8-10 years, not shorter than 8-10 months. I am not going to call him a bad dentist. You be the judge"
