"He was punctual, reliable, with quality and reasonable pricing in 6 months lawn maintenance. When budget allows in future would consider again. However not recommend on seeding and landscaping. Many uneven and bare places of soil and seed that no rain washed away but rather looked as ran short of both. I expressed my dissatisfaction and for correcting but received very poor customer service response. I personally corrected the area and therefore adjusted rating."
