"Basically, most of the negative comments. I couldn't have said it better myself. The sad reality is. A company like this that you know is definitely breaking in the. Does it seem like they're really putting the money back into the business? But instead of taking any kind of criticism and trying to work on improving it, somebody would rather sit there an argue and tell their customers that they're wrong, or that's. Not the way that they help about the whole attraction But whoever's reading these reviews and responding to them. It blows my mind the immaturity. And a lack of empathy for your customers."

"The actors, and everyone seemed great! But for the line..... and how short the attractions really were... do not waste your money. I come from Ohio where we have tons of haunted houses so I can understand the lines being a little long.... .but 45 min for a 3 minute scare... we didnt even get to go to the clown attraction because of how long we stood in line.... and for $30 a person..? Totally not worth it. and I feel like they shouldn't have offered a fast pass or anything. People would continuously go through the line multiple times before anyone waiting in the line could go. A huge disappointment."

"I drove 1 hour, for something I thought was going to be worth it. The hayride consists of a 30 second drive through the woods, with actors making jokes and riding on the hayride with us, instead of scaring us. then after you get off the hayride, you proceed to their so called “haunted house”.... again 30 seconds long... and the actors didn’t even scare. & also, the “corn maze”... is most definitely not a corn maze its another haunted house.... The scares are sporadic, and the 4 different haunts are all short. I even had to ask a worker if that was it at the end ... honestly a joke.. & my whole group of 7 paid $40 for a fastpass.... Will NEVER return. SAVE YOUR MONEY."

"Dont waste your money.. if you want to pay for people just jumping out at you sporadically that is about all it is. The displays are good but who wants to go to a haunted house for 20$ to look at stationary props. Kids in the neighborhood have a scarier one .. No guide telling you where to go when you get there , the whole set up is terrible. Save your money!!"

"It’s very over priced at $20 per person, they put you in groups of 10-15 people and have a guide who obviously hates their job take you through at a very high speed pace, at some points the actors were late on their cue because the group was moving so fast. The sets are cramped and in most places it’s too dark to see (normal for a haunted house) but then there was obstacles in the way. I walked through a small doorway and tripped over a bed that had a black sheet over it because it was in the walkway path. At another point in a dark hallway a chainsaw guy comes out behind you and as you cannot are where you are going you fall down steps. Seems like a whole lot of liability. For as many years that Dr Screams has been doing this it seems they would have a top notch haunted attraction but instead it’s feels like 10 year olds built it. Don’t waste your time"
