Advanced Heat Pump Systems

"We've contacted Advanced dozens of times over the past 7 months via their website, phone calls to their office/message service and even stopped by their shop in person twice to request preventative maintenance on our office's HVAC system. They have ignored all of our calls and emails, but when we visited in-person, we were told on both occasions that they would come to our office within a week to assess the cost of PM. They have never shown up, called or emailed us. Extremely unreliable business, and now they have a message that says their Abingdon office is closed.....I wonder why?!"

"I have used this crew for a minor home repair to installing a new Commercial unit at work. The repair guy was quick coming out and fast with the repair. As far as them doing a commercial install it was just as good. The start time of the job was a day ahead of schedule. The work was completed before the quoted completion date and all has worked great. The owner of this company came out each day to ensure we were satisfied with the progress as well as completing a finial inspection before they left. We can all find a lot of good contractors and a few bad. Thankfully these guys are great. Highly recommend this company."
