"Good luck getting them to show up."
"I've been a customer for over 15 maybe 20 years. This time they ignored me. At the end of last winter my oil heater was acting up. I called and asked them to come out and look at it. They never did. This fall I called again. Actually called 4 times. The last time I said "Hey, if you can't do it just let me know and I'll call someone else. They never called again after promising 4 times. I'm a business owner in the area for over 25 years. Don't know how you stay in business but I guess it works for them. I've moved on with another HVAC company who came out in a day and a half."
