"I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hair salon. I walked in hoping to get a haircut, but the treatment I received was nothing short of disrespectful. When I inquired about the wait time, the barber near the door simply asked the other barbers if they had any availability, completely ignoring my presence. To my surprise, one of the female barbers flat-out refused to cut my hair without providing any explanation. I couldn't understand why, as I was clean and my hair was of reasonable length. After patiently waiting for half an hour and witnessing two walk-in customers being taken before me, I was finally asked about the type of haircut I wanted, only to be told that I had to wait further. What frustrated me even more was the fact that two barbers seemed to have plenty of free time, yet they wouldn't offer their services. It felt as though this place had some sort of exclusive membership policy, which left me feeling excluded and unwelcome. In the end, I decided to walk out without receiving a haircut. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly won't be returning. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customers is disappointing. Everyone deserves equal treatment and fair service, regardless of their appearance or background."

"Extremely unprofessional. My partner went in for a haircut, they tell him he has to wait and made him sit there for a half hour and just kept taking walk ins infront of him. Then they come over to him and ask him what kind of cut he wants only to tell him to continue to wait and have barbers who aren't busy sit around and do nothing and ignore him. Dont waste your time or your money. There's better barbers in the area who would appreciate the business."
