"The office is set up weird. We walked into a waiting area with four closed doors. There was not one person to greet or acknowledge our presence. We sat in the office for 45 minutes waiting for our appointment to start. No one ever approached us. All of the doors were closed, one said do not disturb, the others had the lights off and appeared empty. We weren't comfortable knocking because of the setting. We tried calling the office number while sitting there and got the voicemail three times. Two different people (patients) exited two of the doors. No one has returned our calls and its been two days. The VM says they will return calls within 24 hours. Very disappointed in our attempt to get counseling. My significant other and I both lost time from work. I cant believe they haven't even called us back with an explanation or apology. Very disappointed."
