While the staff is free to feel however they want, to directly and venomously attack a person based solely on the color of their skin is completely unacceptable and has no place in this town or this nation. While changing their minds seems unlikely, depriving them of any future business is something any customer can wield against them to take a stand for common human decency. The new owner Jack, should have the moral fortitude and strength to fire his employees, John specifically, as his silence and inaction on this matter is paramount to complicity. It is shameful that thoughts and words like these still pervade people's minds in 2016."
