"Dr. Kent is a good guy toward me. I never had any cavities, so there is not really a problem when Kent cleans my teeth. Kent cleans and checks up my teeth in a very gentle way. Yes Kent does sterilize the room after checking and cleaning each patients' teeth. It does take a while for Kent to sterilize the room, but I only had to wait about 20 minutes for him to do that, and then I got to see Kent to check my teeth. He even flosses my teeth for me too. Overall a good experience."

"DONOT GO TO THIS GUY. He is money hungry bast#$d. He turns single day procedure into multiple visits and still does not finish what he started. He is all about milking insurance and making money. He is petty and penny pinching a$# hole who cares less about his patients. I had my grandma visit him for a small procedure that she got done in single visit with a different doctor in a single visit. He made her suffer for months in intense pain and asked her to come to him again and again. He also puts false insurnace claims and removed healthy tooth that has no issues. He does those unwanted procedures like removing helathy tooth to pocket in money. You are warned. Look at other reviews. This b@$tar# should be jailed for his wrongdoings. DONT GO TO HIM."

"kind pleasant to work with. Very gently with kids, my kids are not scared of the dentist because of him! His office is clean too, bad review are clearly done by idiots. he spends 10 minutes sanitizing between each patient. okay i'll agree sometimes there is a wait, but there is a wait because each person is getting individualized care."

"This man really deserves 0 stars! Honestly, if they were not close to school, I would never go here. Possibly the worst dental office ever. I honestly don't know where they get these unprofessional, rude receptionists. This lady is basically sitting on her phone with her volume blasted watching videos, who freaking does that at work?? Then she goes off and make personal phone calls l, then go out for a smoke... This office is also a pain in the butt because it takes forever to make an appointment, and don't even get me started on the wait time. They make you sit there for hours, way past your appointment time. The dentist is a money hungry man who takes more patients than he can actually handle and see them for a brief period time, doing the bare minimum for the least amount of time possible. He doesn't even do a good job of cleaning your teeth. I've gotten dentists in the past who would spend extra time and meticulously make sure you are satisfied with the work. I honestly can't wait to go see my new dentist, good riddance to this place and the people who work here. I switched my primary dental care to Bright White Dental, it's just a few blocks up from Union and just from speaking to them on the phone, I can tell they're way more professional, just now awaiting to get my work done by them so I can do write an honest review. Also they seem to have way better ratings on Yelp. But anyways, Bring your money elsewhere, not to "doctor" Kent."
