"Bad day! We arrived at 5 PM, no one attended us. We waited for 30 min. We saw people arriving before us and they were treated except us. Finally we left without being served. It is a very well located barbershop, it is seen that the work they do is excellent, but they have a bad service to the new clients that arrive. We hope to return one day and have a better service."

"I went in to have my 11 month olds hair TRIMMED. I asked for the smallest bit off and he took it all off instead. I wanted it to look neat for his first birthday photo shoot which Ive since had to cancel. This man didn’t listen to a word I said, he completely destroyed my little boys hair. I told the barber how terrible it looks and he spritzed water in it, not sure why. Nobody offered to fix it even though I said I hated it. He also wasn’t very friendly which scared my son. He clung to me for about 3 hours after we left there. Worst part is that he still charged me. When we got home, I spent about 2 hours trying to fix the damage but there was no fixing it unless I shaved his head. My infant could’ve done a better job himself, it was that botched. I am so upset my little boys hair is destroyed right before his first birthday. I won’t be going back here and highly advise if you have children not to take them here. Before and after.."
