"I called at 9:00 this morning to set an appointment to have a couple of issues fixed. I was lucky that they had an opening at noon before another job nearby. In less than 1 1/2 hours, two guys solved the problems on two televisions using cables that I already had. One of the cables should have been hooked up when my TV was installed by a company that the salesperson at HH Gregg recommended. (no reflection on HH Gregg) Those installers apparently did not know what they were doing because the cable came with the television specifically to solve the problem I have been tolerating for over a year. The charge was more than reasonable and I will never call anyone else for audio/video related issues."
