"These are the lowest of class people. Nasty drunks outside , smoking loud music, littering , being flat out low life menaces. The block is infested with the trash people that sit in front with loud music, foul language . Straight up BASURA. Come all the way to the USA to still act like island savages. There’s even a video on tiktok showing them harassing the neighbors, purposely playing loud music , challenging anyone to say something about it."
