Reviews
"The place was warm and also the sellers. It was easy to pick my boots and they give different alternatives. Great experience."
"Staff was super friendly, helpful and informative. Got some cool new shoes the same price as is on Amazon. Always better if you can try shoes on in store and take home same day. Would definitely buy from here again!"
"I was just in the store trying to figure out sizing on a few different pairs of Dr Martens for holiday gifts. Carmen and Micah were so amazing and helpful. The were patient, knowledgeable, and so kind! They answered so many of my questions and helped me understand some things I had not even thought of. I will recommend them to all of my friends & family. I hope Dr Martens takes care of them as they are amazing employees who deserve it!"
"Stopped by the store to figured out my size and Trevor was extremely kind and patient as I tried several different styles in different sizes. They explained to me the difference between the different designs and fabric and how that impacts the size!"
"store employee was very patient helping me with sizing so was surprised by the close-to-scam in-store return experience. I added a pair of insole to my shoe purchase. I deliberately asked whether I could return everything on the day of the purchase - they told me as long as it's within 30 days, then yes. I went home, tried on the shoes and decided they were better without the insole, so I went back to the store the 2nd day. Then I was told "we do not accept insole return, coz your feet touched it already." (but you accept shoes return assuming people don't put their feet in ???????) I looked around the store and then carefully read the return policy on my receipt - nowhere has it been made clear that accessories are not qualified for return, nor is it even stated on Dr Martens website. this feels like either bad employee training or the store making an illegal decision to refuse return. Already filed a complaint with The Department of Consumer and Worker Protection - would love some clarity on this type of scam service."
