"I had a major remodel project - basically a complete renovation of an en-suite. The entire floor plan needed to be changed: bathroom and laundry needed to be moved, door into the house from the garage moved, bedroom and closet moved, & pantry added. After speaking to 4 other companies, I knew Paul was the guy when he crawled around the attic and crawl space before even giving me a quote to make sure my requested new layout didn’t require structural updates, which none of the other Reno guys did. I was a little worried about the renovation because I know so many people who have horror stories, but this was such a great and fun experience! He and his team were an absolute pleasure and fun to work with. He gave me good, better, best options, was patient when I had to think things over, explained what they were doing with as much or as little explanation as I wanted. The plumber and electrician he recommended were also great to work with! It was bittersweet when they were done, because the final outcome was beautiful, but that meant I wouldn’t see my new friends everyday anymore! Paul and his people are well versed in the…uniqueness… of Tega Cay homes and all of their quirks. They were also great with my dogs, greeting them and petting them throughout the day, & letting the neurotic one take her time to warm up to them. 10/10 would definitely recommend, and I will definitely be calling him back for future work!"

"I made an appointment to get a quote on some work and thought everything was good to go based on the automated schedule emails/texts. When the appointment time finally came, nobody ever showed up nor did I ever get a follow up response. Simply ghosted for no reason. Update: They reached out late in the evening to follow up and apologize. Seemed to have been an error with their system. That said, I appreciate the follow up."

"This company and Mr. Paul have done several jobs for us and we couldn’t be more pleased. We had a ceiling repair from an A/C leak and the drywall work was great. We needed to reinforce our deck since we were installing a hot tub. They looked at the deck and were able to show me why this was a good idea and put in a solution that I was very comfortable with. We also needed to replace our paving stone steps that take us to the water. We went with a wooden staircase that came right into our deck and house. It was done brilliantly with a ton of attention to detail, and even more attention to support and sturdiness. I watched them make several decisions on quality even though it would take more time or potentially cost more. They wanted it done right."
