"During check out, the employee had offered us an additional item and once we declined she expressed a sarcastic tone and said “okay just make sure not to wear the shoes outside”. Her clear sarcasm was not appropriate nor professional as of course the purchased shoes are meant to be worn outside. It’s important to be nice to customers at the check out process. Please and thanks."
